These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between you as our guest and Ferienwohnung Rosa, Christoph Astner, Grünsbach 334a, 6232 Münster, Austria. By booking the accommodation, you accept these GTC.
1. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
By making a booking, you make a binding offer to conclude an accommodation contract. The contract is concluded upon written booking confirmation by the host.
2. Prices, Minimum Stay and Payment Terms
- Minimum stay:
- Ferienwohnung Rosa (Holiday Apartment): 2 nights
- Small apartment / Familienzimmer Rosa (Family Room): 1 night
- Final cleaning fee: €80 one-time fee for Ferienwohnung Rosa (no cleaning fee for the Family Room on 1-night stays)
- Tourist tax: €3.50 per adult per night (payable on site in cash)
Payment Terms: If indicated during booking, a deposit is due in advance by bank transfer. The total amount or remaining balance is payable upon arrival. On site, payment is accepted exclusively in cash or via express bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted on site.
Bank and Transaction Fees: For bank transfers (especially international transfers from outside the SEPA zone or in foreign currencies), all transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, and exchange fees are to be borne entirely by the guest (OUR transfer / fee-free credit to the host). The full invoiced amount must be received in our bank account without deductions.
3. Withdrawal / Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made in writing.
Standard:
- From arrival date: 90%
- From 7 days before arrival: 70%
- From 30 days before arrival: 30%
Individual Policy:
- From arrival date (06:00 AM): 100%
- 1 day before: 90%
- 6 days before: 50%
- Down payment upon booking: 30%
4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Check-out: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times by prior agreement.
5. Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used for holiday and residential purposes. Non-registered guests are not permitted to stay overnight without prior consent.
6. Liability
No liability is accepted for valuable items brought by guests. You are liable for any damage caused during your stay.
7. Pets
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
8. House Rules
The House Rules are an integral part of these GTC. Violations can lead to an immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
9. Data Protection
The Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
10. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the court competent for 6232 Münster, Austria.
