To ensure you feel completely comfortable with us, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. By booking, you accept these House Rules.
🧾 General & Payment
The rental price is payable upon arrival / check-in – on site in cash or via express bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted on site. If a deposit was indicated during booking, it must be transferred in advance. The local tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night is always payable on site in cash.
🛏️ Bed Linen & Towel Change
Weekly change is free of charge. Additional changes: Bed linen €5, Hand towel €2, Bath towel €3.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Check-out: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Early Check-in (from 08:00 AM): €50
- Late Check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50, until 7:00 PM: €100
🗑️ Waste & Cleanliness
Please separate your waste carefully. Dispose of organic waste and general waste in the bins in front of the garage. Use only compostable bags for organic waste. In case of gross disregard: €100 cost contribution.
Upon departure: Please empty and switch off the refrigerator, wash and return the dishes, and leave the apartment swept clean (otherwise a €100 cleaning fee will apply).
🚬 Non-Smoking Apartment
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony (ashtray provided). Open fires (fire pits, grills) are strictly prohibited.
🚗 Parking
A free parking space is available directly on the premises.
👶 Children & Supervision
Parents are liable for their children. Warning: There is a fenced pond in the garden – never leave children unattended!
🔥 Tiled Stove (Kachelofen)
Use at your own risk – only if you are familiar with it. Do not burn any waste. Never leave the fire unattended.
🔑 Keys & Guests
Do not pass on the keys to third parties. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please keep the main front door locked at all times.
🐾 Pets
Pets are not permitted.
🎶 Quiet Hours
Night rest: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep music at room volume.
⛷️ Skis & Snowboards
Please store them in the stairwell – not inside the apartment.
