House Rules
To ensure all guests find a pleasant apartment, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below. By booking or moving into our apartment, you accept these house rules.
General:
If you notice anything missing from the furnishings or inventory, please inform us immediately.
Nobody intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you inform us of any damage caused, rather than us discovering it during the final cleaning after your departure.
We provide you with toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags for the first few days. For the rest of your stay, please take care of consumables yourself.
Change of Bedding and Towels: We offer a weekly change of bath towels free of charge. If you would like fresh bedding during your stay, a fee of 5 euros per set (one pillowcase and one comforter cover) will be charged. A towel costs 2 euros, and a bath towel costs 3 euros.
Payment: The full rental amount is due in cash upon moving in or checking out, or in advance by bank transfer or online payment. Any deposit paid will, of course, be deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit or debit cards or checks. On-site, only cash payments are accepted.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Check-Out: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
A pre-check-in is also possible, in which case we can leave the key in a safe for you.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and availability. Early check-in from 8:00 AM costs €50.00. Late check-out until 3:00 PM costs €50.00, until 8:00 PM costs €100.00.
Parental Supervision:
Parents are responsible for their children.
In the interest of good neighborliness, we ask you to avoid loud stomping, shouting, or slamming doors.
We live in the lower apartments and ask for your consideration and compliance.
Waste:
Trash and waste must be disposed of by yourself. Please separate the waste in the garage into the following categories:
- Residual waste
- Plastic
- Paper
- Colored glass
- White glass
In Austria, waste separation laws are very strict. Therefore, we unfortunately have to charge a fee of €100.00 if waste is not properly separated.
Non-Smoking Apartment:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere in the house. However, you may smoke on the balcony and use the provided ashtray.
Parking:
A parking space is available for your car on the premises.
Cleaning:
Please empty, clean, and turn off the refrigerator before departure. Make sure that dishes are only put back in the cupboards when clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle). Keep the refrigerator and freezer clean. Please leave the oven as you found it.
Do not dispose of waste, food scraps, hygiene products, fats, or other hazardous liquids in the sink, washbasin, shower, or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant blockages.
Please take all the food you brought with you or dispose of it, as well as all the trash. If the apartment is not left clean and hygienic (toilets and bathroom), an additional cleaning fee of €100.00 will be added to the final price.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in our apartment. We ask for your understanding.
Quiet Hours:
Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Keys: Please do not give your keys to outsiders. If the keys are lost, you are liable for the cost of replacement.
Liability: We are not liable for valuables brought into the apartment or for accidents. Please ensure that all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment – the environment and the landlord will thank you!
Misuse of the Apartment:
We would like to explicitly point out that it is not permitted for non-residents to visit the apartment or park their car on our premises.
The apartment is intended for residential purposes and for the usual stay, such as relaxation, rest, and overnight accommodation. Any music systems brought along should be kept at room volume. For music systems with bass, the bass must remain turned off.
Termination: In case of multiple violations of the rental conditions, the landlord may unilaterally terminate the rental agreement, and you must leave the apartment immediately. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Skis and snowboards: You can store your skis and snowboards in the garage. Please note that the garage must always be closed.
Duty of Care:
You must treat the rental property with care and ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.
Please handle the vacuum cleaner and hairdryer carefully. These are not toys.
In the event of defects or damages, you are liable for the cost of replacement.
Please do not enter the apartment with hiking boots or ski boots. Use the garage exclusively for ski boots.
